Return Policy

We are a New Zealand business. This policy applies to purchases made from us in New Zealand. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) are not excluded. If goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet the guarantees under the CGA, you have rights to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case). The following is our voluntary return policy for change-of-mind and similar situations.

Ordering

We do not operate an online checkout. To place an order, contact us via the Contact page with the item or items you want, and we will confirm availability and total cost including delivery. Payment and delivery details are agreed when we confirm your order. We serve customers across New Zealand.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within New Zealand. After you place an order and we confirm it, we will advise delivery options and timeframes (typically within a few working days for Auckland; longer for other regions depending on carrier). Delivery costs depend on size, weight, and destination and will be confirmed before you pay. If you have questions about delivery before ordering, please ask via the Contact page.

Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind, you may return an item within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund or exchange. Contact us first via the Contact page to arrange the return. We will confirm the process and any return address. You are responsible for the cost of sending the item back unless the item was faulty or not as described.

Condition of Items

Items must be unused and in the same condition as when shipped. Our concrete and material objects are hand-finished; minor natural variation in texture or colour is not a defect. Damage caused by use or handling after delivery is not covered under this voluntary return policy. For faulty or misdescribed goods, see your CGA rights above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within a reasonable time (typically within 14 days). Refunds are made to the original payment method. If the item was faulty or not as described, we will also reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs where appropriate under the CGA.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, tell us when you contact us. We will arrange it subject to availability of the requested item.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Disputes Tribunal or other dispute resolution body in New Zealand. Your rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the CGA remain available where applicable.
